As part of our 8-week Fitness for Foodies program, we offer 4 different exercise sessions each week.
Here’s your opportunity to join a great group of people who love their food, care about what they eat and know that life is too short to be on a diet or stuck on a treadmill. Our members value their health and wellbeing and understand that regular exercise is about so much more than just weight loss.
You won’t find us yelling at you, we don’t weigh or measure you (that’s entirely up to you!) and we certainly don’t expect you to count calories or consume anything that isn’t real or delicious. We also understand that everyone is different and there is no one size fits all approach.
You’re much more likely to find us chatting about dinner plans or discussing the merits of that new café, while working up a healthy sweat!
What you WILL get is a GREAT workout and you’ll leave with endorphins pumping and your body feeling alive again.
When it comes down to it, our sessions provide a great incentive for anyone who needs an extra push to get out and actually do some exercise, all in a friendly, motivational group environment. There’s plenty of variety so you’ll never have a chance to get bored. We prefer a down-to-earth, non gimmicky approach to training, designed to set you up with the skills and know-how you need to get fit and stay fit for life.
No matter what your starting fitness level is, we’ll be able to accommodate you so that you get the most out of your workout.

Times and Venues
We have carefully selected central locations in Perth and convenient before and after work timeslots. Our Saturday class will alternate to provide some variety and a change of scenery!
6.00am Monday: Kitchener Park, Subiaco
6.15pm Tuesday (NEW DAY!): Mount Street, Kings Park
6.30am Wednesday (NEW SESSION!): Abbett Park, Scarborough
7.00am Saturday: alternating venue - City Beach, Lake Monger, Kitchener Park
Once you sign up for your Fitness for Foodies program, we will send you the full training schedule, meeting points and other details you need to be aware of.
Each session lasts for between 45mins-1 hour and we will be there rain or shine.
NEW! 8-Session Card
When you join our Fitness for Foodies Program, you are entitled to join in as many of the 4 x weekly sessions as you can make, as often as you like (read about the the benefits of rest of the program here).
BUT… Perhaps you don’t live locally, can only make one of the time-slots due to work or family commitments or you’re going to be away on holidays. Maybe you’ve been thinking about it for a while, but don’t really want to commit to the whole program before you’ve had a taste of what we’re about? What if you’ve just found out about the program and don’t want to wait until the next one starts to join in the fun? What about past members who need a little motivation to get back into their exercise routine and would benefit from a once a week ‘foodies’ boost from Pascal (yes?)
Well, that’s why we’ve decided to add a great value 8-session card to the membership options available – that’s one per week during the program, but you can use it toward any combination of sessions that work for you!
Here’s the deal on the card:
- $100 for 8 sessions paid upfront (via the link below)
- valid for the current program only (any unused sessions can’t be redeemed after the program has finished)
- can be shared with friends or family by attending together or individually. Just be sure that prior to a session, all attendees have completed our online Pre-exercise Questionnaire
- can be purchased at any time during the program (including additional ‘top-up’ cards)
- entitles you to training sessions only – without the other wonderful benefits of the Fitness for Foodies program – so if you’re new, we highly encourage you to sign up for the whole program the first time!
