What is Fitness for Foodies?

It’s a real, back-to-basics, affordable 8-week program designed to…

  • Get you up and moving.
  • Entice you back in to the kitchen.
  • Educate you about eating REAL food.
  • Make shopping and cooking quick, healthful and simply delicious.
  • Change your thinking about what is healthy
  • Create positive, sustainable change and help you to look and feel your absolute best!

With over 17 years in the fitness industry, the program is based on our own experience of training clients and helping them to make long-term lifestyle changes. It incorporates our personal philosophy and those things that have worked for us to be happy, healthy and successful, whilst still enjoying the good things in life.

There’s no smoke and mirrors or exaggerated promises here, just simple, easy to implement habit changes that anyone can benefit from.

What you can expect from your 8-week program:

  • Weekly action plans straight to your inbox – jam-packed with practical, useable, down-to-earth messages and information that you don’t need a science degree to understand!
  • Access to 4 training sessions per week, in convenient, central locations in Perth.
  • Food and fitness templates that you can track your progress and organise yourself with.

Can’t make all the sessions? No problem! We have included week-by-week, easy to follow exercise programs so you can work out, learn about a well-balanced exercise program and improve your fitness in the comfort of your own home or local park. No expensive gym memberships required.
